Nous sommes une société d’investissement et de conseils opérationnels à ses clients.
A taille humaine et en croissance, notre société gère aujourd’hui un portefeuille de 75 sociétés.
Poste et Missions
Directement rattaché au Responsable juridique, vous aurez à seconder l’équipe en place dans leurs missions au quotidien.
A ce titre, vous aurez en charge de :
Le suivi juridique d’un portefeuille de sociétés (clôture des comptes, transformation de société,…),
Le suivi et la rédaction de baux commerciaux,
La gestion des contrats,
Le suivi des assurances,
la gestion des contentieux,
sociétés.
Profil recherché
Actuellement en cours de formation juridique (BAC +4/5), vous souhaitez vous impliquer au sein d’une petite équipe. Vous bénéficiez d’une aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle, vous êtes organisé, impliqué, réactif et curieux d’esprit.
Vous êtes en mesure de nous fournir une convention pour un stage de minimum 3 mois.
Poste à pourvoir dès que possible
